Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ligna Wealth Advisors, we are committed to offering transparent and client-centric services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully for our Investment Advisory and Financial Planning services:

1. Investment Advisory Services

  • Our investment advisory services operate on a payment in arrears basis.
  • As billing is done after services are rendered, there is no advance payment, and hence, no provision for refunds applies.

2. Financial Planning Services

  • For financial planning engagements, we charge 50% of the fee in advance at the time of onboarding.
  • We follow a “No Questions Asked” refund policy for this advance payment.
  • If you choose to cancel the engagement for any reason, simply drop an email to info@lignawealth.com.
  • Your advance payment will be refunded within 3 working days from the date of the request.
